The overhead press is used to build the push muscles of the shoulders and triceps. The weight must be supported overhead. An overhand press is achieved by placing a barbell with the barbells pointing vertically or horizontally towards the body and making sure the barbells reach the back of the shoulders, bulking routine gym.
